The said organization diverges in a number of sectors, such as Industrial, Energy, Infrastructure and Cities, and Healthcare. The employees handling and involved in the production and manufacturing processes thereby pertains a high risk of fatal nature if the workers while working are not wearing the requisite safety gears. Thereby, the implementation of a smart system that will scrutinize the workers or employees for safety gears and if missing will disallow the concerned from entering the working area or working premises. Value proposition development
With the specific approach to boost the scope and ambits of the innovation process of Siemens in incorporating Smart Systems, the concerned company needs to include and modify quite a range of resources, processes and abilities. As per the evaluation of the various issues faced by the organization of Siemens, the company plans to install a new Smart System that will scan the employees before they enter the workplace and ensure that the employees who are not wearing adequate and appropriate protection and safety gears are not allowed to enter the same. Previously, Siemens faced a huge drawback owing to fatal incidental occurrence of accidental injuries that were incurred by the workers who are involved in the processes of production. This caused the concerned organization a notable financial loss as according to the company policies and relevant laws, when a worker is injured within the workplace owing to the organizational processes, then the costs (insurance) for the medical attention needs to be carried out by the company only. This also affected the brand name of the company as well. To observe the ideal installation of the said innovative technology, Siemens at the first place needs to structure the financial resources to incur enough revenue and train the targeted users.

Business operations development discussed in business assignment
In order to efficiently securing the safety of the employees or workers in the workplace and manufacturing process, Siemens needs to install detector doors that will be fitted with the innovative technology of Smart System. The doors need to be fitted at the each entrance of the workplace. Moreover, a separate individual or best if a team, needs to be assigned for monitoring and recording the malfunctioning, if any, to the supervisors. Several training sessions required to be held so that the users of the technology, that is, the employees are well aware of the systematics of the technology (Baldassarre et al., 2017).

Supply chain development
With the help of structuring and improving the supply chain management of a business, the same ensures the conservation of the resources, optimization of the organizational procedures, cost reduction and enhanced productivity (Giri & Sarker, 2017). Siemens with the help of sheer focus on the development of supply chain, can safeguard the cost reductions and manufacturing efficiency of the same.

Competitive advantage
Owing to the recent problems faced by Siemens that affected both the finance and the brand image of the concerned, Siemens already moved a few steps backwards in accordance with its key competitors. The inclusion of the Smart System will vividly allow Siemens to fill the created gap in lieu of the drawback caused due to the emerged problem (Choi et al., 2016). Siemens installing the Smart System technology would ensure an added safety for the employee that will affect the overall production rate enabling the company to take up the pace and be ahead of its key competitors.

Financial value capture
Siemens explored in this business assignment is a multinational organization that is popular in the world arena for its manufactured units. Implementing the innovation technology of Smart System, for the protection and safety of the employees within the workforce, will keep the employees motivated and secure (Case, 2017). This will boost the unit production rate ensuring higher production that will enhance the sale figures, thereby capturing a notable financial assurance.

Strategic Fit
The value proposition of the technological inclusion is an appropriate strategic fit for Siemens as the same aims to ensure employee safety, that again increases the entire production rate of the company, which helps the same to achieve its organizational goals and objectives as well as keep the employees satisfied.

Identification and assessment of uncertainties and assumptions
Every implementation and new inclusion in a business is accompanied by the hidden risk of various uncertainties and the given scenario herein is not an exception to the same. Siemens owing to the employee specific value proposition and organizational changes, the ambition of the said has been lowered but at the same time, assumptions can be made that the production of the organization will increase which is actually the extended form of customer desirability. In terms of technological feasibility, this has been assumed that Siemens has the requisite technological advancements for the implementation of Smart System innovation. However, in case the technological requirements are not met or a failure of the same has been encountered, then the same can vividly affect the production of Siemens

Logical and persuasive argumentation for the selection of the innovation tools and techniques

Thus, this concept enumerates the efficacy of the tool in the context of Siemens.

Logical and persuasive application of the selected innovation tools and techniques

The tool Business environment map of Siemens value proposition exposed a number of effective ideas in accordance with the improvement of company’s business model. The tool named Your vision of the future canvas aided in making a list of objectives for the employees to follow accordingly for enhancing the efficacy and profitability of the company, in accordance with effectively mitigating the needs and demands of the customers. It has also aided in developing partnerships with the telecom companies and social media platforms. Customer Journey Canvas enumerated the service users of Siemens, which are aligned to provide support to the company in lieu of its nature of striving for success, thereby making it more safe and secured.

Porter's Five Forces identified the threat of new competitors in the market is comparatively less in the industry. It is to be however noted that, the threat of substitute products is very high concerning the operational market of Siemens thereby heavily impacting its business in an adverse way. The Core capability of Siemens in lieu of supporting the value proposed for the company is appropriately in accordance with its subordinate capital resources. However, the application of the tool Rationale outlines that Siemens calls for an urgent re-modulation of its associated strategies for enhancing their productivity of the workforce thus appropriately marching towards the process of innovation. However, the tool of brainstorming, suggests the effectiveness of teamwork, which can be intensely facilitated by Siemens for attaining success in the process of innovation. The value chain analysis enumerates that Siemens needs effective activities of support for instance the Human Resource Management for further supporting the concept of innovation.

Candid and critical self-analysis
The official website of Siemens helped me to gather authentic secondary data in accordance with the business model, practices and personal capabilities relating to innovation of the company. However, a number of secondary sources, mainly the research papers helped me to gain insights regarding the strengths and weaknesses of Siemens along with the identification of major competitors and associated core capabilities. Although I have faced several hurdles in writing the report, my teachers and peers helped me to understand the most viable structure of the report. The examples of the behavior of Siemens were categorically identified through the exploration of primary and secondary sources.

Conclusion and recommendation
The present study of business assignment denotes that the success of a concerned proposal of business is directly dependent on the business model, employee engagement, core capabilities and its associated key partners. It has also been observed that Siemens needs to incorporate certain changes in the business model for supporting the value proposition of the company, in accordance with promoting the exponential growth of it. The organization, Siemens, if incorporates certain required changes, will help in obtaining greater competitive advantage and alleviating the corporate image of it.
