The report on business process management assignment will discuss the details about the business process model in small businesses. The report will mainly focus on the analysis of the case study that is based on the BPM in small industries and the related tools and technologies that are used for improving organizational attributes. On the basis of the analysis, some of the learning is also presented that could help in gaining skills and knowledge from this reflective report. Some of the recommendations, as well as future benefits, are also discussed that could be helpful for future businesses.

Description of Case Study
The aim of the case study is to properly evaluate the Australian small businesses and provide some of the business process improvement infrastructures with the help of BPM tools and technologies. The case study focused on the selected areas in which the business needs to focus. The business process modeling lifecycle is also discussed in the case study. The process of monitoring business activity as well as the execution process can help in optimizing the business. This will also help in increasing the future efficiency of the business. The BPM practices can help us in identifying the inefficiencies of the business and by the proper identification, we can work on those inefficiencies and eliminate them.

The BPM can also help in ensuring compliance and security in the future. By adopting new technologies like artificial intelligence and 5G technology, the business can be digitally stronger and this will also help to create a secure working environment. The newly adopted tools and technologies can help in business analysis and with the help of that future suggestions can be adopted by the business (Beerepoot et al., 2019). Artificial intelligence can predict the future market and necessary changes can be done on the basis of those predictions. Thus, by adopting Business process modeling techniques, we are increasing the future opportunities for the continuous improvement of our business.

From the above report, it can be concluded that the business process improvement techniques can be very much helpful for a business. There are many advantages of implementing the business process models as it can directly provide its effect on the ongoing project. by going through curtain facts that are discussed in the above report we can also improve our business with suitable measures.

Although the business is not having good financial background and resources apart from that it provides rapid improvements in terms of best decisions makings from the business officials.
