Specific experiences have been gathered in the process of role-playing within this career development assignment. This section describes the personal reflection that has contributed to my learning and motivations towards the employment process. I have developed specific knowledge regarding individual strengths and areas of development being an interviewer. The Gibbs reflective model is used here to reflect my experience as an interviewer. 

Description

In this process, I have gathered essential knowledge regarding the role of the interviewer in an interview session. The way the interviewer plays an influential role in evaluating the qualities and skills of the candidates and then proceeding with the hiring process is quite challenging for me. This has made me learn communication skills and engage with different activities, which are pretty essential in this employment process. 

Feelings

I have felt that I need to be exceptionally organised while articulating an interview session. It is required to understand the responses of the interview clearly in order to proceed with further questions during the interview. As a result, that, I need to be highly judgmental and skilled in this process, where I need to focus on the qualities of the candidate before proceeding with the final selection during the hiring process. 

Evaluation

I have evaluated in this employment process that I can make a difference in this hiring technique by helping the interviewee to develop their answers for their future career development. I have also evaluated that I need to work as per the management of the business system, which will further help to bring changes in the process as per the experience of the interviews. This will further help me to get significant and sensitive control during the interview session. 

Analysis

Being an interviewer, I have also analysed some of the emotions, feelings and experiences which can be essentially developed through structured questionnaires in the interview process. As a result of that, I have also got the inspiration to acknowledge the expertise of different candidates that will bring positive development in my own experience to hire the right candidate for a particular job role.

Conclusion

This process has made an overall conclusion that I need to develop a good listening power during the interview session. This will allow me to effectively build myself as a researcher and behave in a friendly manner with different candidates. As a result of that, I have developed particular experience in improving my respectful and courtesy skills so that I can effectively deliver the purpose of the interview. 

Action Plan

I need to be potentially strong in my emotions in understanding the responses of the interview. This will further enable me to make the candidate know regarding the terms and conditions of the company and will also effectively analyse the reactions of the candidates to my questionnaires. I also need to learn the process of time management and improve my communication skills further for having a smooth conversion during the entire interview sessions. 

Reflection of Role-play as an Interviewee using Gibbs reflective model

Apart from being an interviewer, I have also developed some readiness and practical knowledge to respond as an interviewee in the process. This section reflects substantial knowledge regarding my development and improvement as an interview and will also help to establish my employment goals for the further career development process. The Gibbs reflective model is used here to reflect my experience as an interviewee. 

Description

My personal experience as an interviewee has made me develop my entrepreneurial goals and made me learn valuable assets. This process is quite essential for me to develop the necessary skills that will make me suitable for the job role I am applying for. In order to enhance my skills for the job responsibilities, I need to work on the responses that I provide during the interview session to the interviewer. 

Feelings

I have felt that learning the company's culture is quite vital in the process while proceeding in an interview. It will make us understand and think about the positive and negative attributes that the company is having through communication. Along with that, I will be able to judge the work environment and also learn the work culture where I am going to participate with other employees. 

Evaluation

In this process of the interview session, I have also evaluated the ways to maintain a sustainable business model. This is pretty essential for me to learn the techniques in order to keep my loyalty and trust towards the organisation. Apart from that, I have also embraced myself to develop significant traits for ensuring the future success of the organisation. That evaluation will be pretty beneficial for me as well as for the organisations I will be working for while providing critical; success to our goals. 

Analysis

As per my analysis, I need to emphasise my responsibilities that will be beneficial in ensuring transparency during the interview session. I need to develop myself more about the details regarding the role of the job where I am applying for my career development. In this process, I also need to focus on the different facets of the business, which will be pretty essential in reflecting my personality to the interviewer. 

Conclusion

Being an interviewer, I can conclude that the biggest challenge in front of me is to effectively analyse the intention of the interviewer in the hiring process. This will ensure my success in the competitive landscape of the organisation as well as it will also help to optimise the strategy for providing adequate responses to the questionnaires. Furthermore, it will allow me to develop a unique platform to bring modifications to my response. 

Action Plan

I need to survive changing the demographics of the interview environment that will help me to be more realistic towards my responses and views for the organisations. As a result, that, I will need to have access to timely and reliable data regarding the job I am applying for. I need to develop my potential characteristics, which will allow me to set my milestones and create greater insights for the business to achieve their goals with better efficiency. 

Personal Development Plan

On the basis of the interview process, I have been able to gather various essential areas which I need to develop in terms of gaining proficiency in the professional career. These areas can be analysed and presented with the utilisation of a Personal Development Plan (PDP). Furthermore, the analysis of the skills that will be shown in the PDP will also be essential for me in this regard. The PDP will consist of a total of 10 basic skills that are required for ensuring the efficiency of my upcoming professional career. The skills that have been printed in this regard are Improving communication abilities, research skills regarding the job role, developing professionalism while attending the interview, ensuring punctuality while attending the interview, developing a good listening power, building high confidence to reflect my experience, showing interest towards the organisational attributes and asking genuine questions to gather better understanding. It will be essential for me to develop all these skills in a competent manner in terms of creating a professional career.
