Answer

Introduction
Problem statement of the construction assignment

In the recent business world, Green technology has become the hottest statement and trend in the construction sector. In reality, this sector promotes 23% of air pollution, 40% of water pollution, and 25% of landfall wastes that relatively affect the environment. Each stage of a construction project published a measurable impact on nature. As per the construction assignmentthe construction industry needs to achieve some green and sustainable applications to reduce its future implications.

Practical rationale behind the construction assignment
The issues are air pollution, water pollution, and landfall waste, which are increasing day to day and creating more post-bonding. Construction has played a significant role in predicting the crisis of the environment. Due to the overuse of coals, hits, and natural gases, it accesses direct emissions of power generation, and many more, which need to be, controlled (Xie et al. 2019). The mitigation strategy as per the construction assignmentwill be a Green application that makes more benefit the industry and the environment too. This application has the perceived power to restrain sustainable construction techniques.

Theoretical rationale behind the construction assignment
The issue is constructing processes that harm the environment and effectiveness on the ecosystem as well. The reason for creating the issue is the burning of fuels, diesel, gases, and many more. Due to gas or fuel emissions, the construction project and its related products create pollution. Ever, organisations also face several changes in presenting green application methods in the industry (Masa et al. 2020). The mitigation strategy mentioned in the construction assignmentwill be to incorporate the Theory of Value Belief Norm (VBN) explanations to develop its application procedures.

Research question considered for the construction assignment
1. What are current problems in construction and how it impacts the environment
2. What is the role of green technology in the construction industry
3. How do construction organisations use Green technology sound materials and areas to make an impact
4. Why is Green technology application good for the construction industry and which method of application benefits the environment

Literature review
According to the statement of Piraset al. (2019), Green technology has created great trends in the construction industry as it promotes several sustainable construction technologies. Green technology perceives a systematic construction outcome to deal with its future settlement. As per the construction assignmentGreen technology allocates some healthy and safe construction occupants to deal with a fundamental construction unit. The included materials always ensure better protection for future industry and construction. The Green application introduces eco-friendly construction aspects that will be less harmful to businesses and the environment as well. It led with sustainability and allowed a completely truthful manner in combating climate change. It is found from the construction assignmentthat as for environmental damages, the construction industry perceives a huge number of percentages. Around 39% of carbon dioxide leads with construction departments all over the world as they are using lots of fuels, gases, and many more natural materials. Due to overusing natural sources, and as it perceives carbon dioxide, every construction project and its related products affect the environment badly. It also contributes to global warming, which needs to be reduced. Most organisations are fighting for it and trying to promote a better settlement to deal properly with the environment and organisations. As per the construction assignmentGreen construction pursues beneficial technologies and methods, which make a lower-than-average impact on the planet.

According to Abbas and Sasan (2019), Green technology becomes a competitive edge for future construction businesses as it promotes several benefits to the industry and the environment both. As per the construction assignmentanalysis, the application included software, materials, or items that provide low-average impact to the sector and planet. According to the observation of the U.S. Green Building, Green building application accepts the planning, ideas, design, and systematic operation procedure to develop indoor environment qualities and natural air and water conditions at its site. Green technology in civil projects deals with study and construction assignmentresearch to bring down the impact of construction works on the environment considering human health and the safety of the environment. Green technology involves constructing new buildings by introducing some environment-friendly features.

According to the knowledge of Hwang et al. (2020), the Theory of Value Belief Norm (VBN) in green technology applications is a tested model with the aim to use the renewable energy model at the household level. The value belief norm theory mentioned in theconstruction assignmentincludes different types of social influence and attitudes towards the target behaviour. VBN is to help explore psychological paths to find out how to incorporate green technology into the architectural sector (Rezaei-Moghaddam et al. 2020). Based on VBN, many countries are learning how to use green technology in construction projects. As per the construction assignmentincreasing concern about environmental problems on a local and global level has led construction companies to think of green technology to promote pro-environmental behaviour.

According to the concept of Masa et al. (2020), Green technologies help construction industries by covering their traditional materials and preserving their natural sources with an organic pattern. It is found from the construction assignmentthat the technology helps construction organisations as it turns waste into resources, as well as recovering raw materials by creating new materials. More popular construction businesses or organisations increase or leverage their product design through green applications. With green applications and continuously achieving and evolving new performance, companies can create more eco-friendly products with a smaller carbon footprint. As per the construction assignmentorganizations are more focused on using eco-friendly tools and digital applications that deliver green computing software to the organizations as well. Through the applications, companies perceive a minimum amount of products by using minimum amounts of electricity that can be perceived with digital twins and machine learning too.

According to the statement of Gianfrate and Peri (2019), it suggested to all construction industries in the future address green technology applications in their department, which allowed several beneficial opportunities for the company and the planet too. According to the writer of theconstruction assignment, the procedure cost is much higher than the traditional pattern; therefore it allows comparative advantage and long-run returns to the company as well. It proceeds with eco-friendly citations and benefits of green tech that are good for agriculture and the food industry too. Green technology provides economic, social, and environmental benefits with sustainable urban designs in many more green areas. As per the construction assignmentwith the use of Green technology applications, organisations can reduce pollution and protect the environment with conserve energy, and renewable resources, and overall cleaning up the environment.

Research method
Sample and Data source behind the construction assignment

In the construction assignmentresearch paper, the researcher chose secondary data to collect data on Green construction applications. The researcher used qualitative manners to address data on the topic. The data was collected through journal articles, reports, organisations annual reports, government reports, and many more. The researcher of theconstruction assignmentchose to make a questionnaire over the data and information and resulting in progression through the secondary application of the research content.

Data collection techniques
In the construction assignmentresearch paper, the researcher chooses secondary data sources and in a qualitative method, they conduct research questions to improve the research content. The researcher of theconstruction assignmentprepared a questionnaire that related to the topic and accessed those responses that predict those data sources in that primary manner. The researcher of theconstruction assignmentchooses some of those questions through a secondary surveying process and finds their reason and response that are related to the subject matter. Through secondary or online surveying, the researcher of theconstruction assignmentconducts those responses and plans a basic discussion over them. In the data collection techniques, the researcher also follows up basic consent forms to manipulate participant accessibility and response.

Research approach
In the construction assignmentresearch process, the researcher chooses a qualitative approach to develop the whole research project. The reason to choose a qualitative approach to this construction assignmentcontent is as this process attempts to characterize services that are related to the construction topic and also provide an in-depth analysis of the project (Maarouf, 2019). This approach is helpful for the project as it promotes an enigmatic answer to each question that is overlooked in the research content.

Research Philosophy
The researchers of the construction assignmentchoose positivist philosophy for the research, as the type of philosophy, provides an in-depth justification of the research content, as well as persuades a large sample and highly structured discussion. Through the philosophy application, the research justification becomes more prominent and it gives a complete detailed discussion of the content. Positivist philosophy also provides a specific way for researchers to develop their knowledge of Green applications in the construction sector (Alharahsheh and Pius, 2020). Through the choices, the construction assignmentresearch can define the reality of the construction business and the nature of gReen application within it through a proper framework deliberation.

Analytical technique
In the analytic technique of business, the researcher of the construction assignmentchooses thematic analysis to develop its content topic. As the coursework focuses on the construction and green application data, for this reason, the researcher of the construction assignmentchose this theme work for it. This analysis pattern provides a method of qualitative data that entails research across the data set of the construction section and with it, provides a sustained report too. With a thematic process, the researcher can interpret each section reporting to the construction unit and within a selection code, all patterns develop here descriptively. In the section, the researcher of the construction assignmentchose three codes, explaining development, codes, and generation of the qualitative data of green construction.

Measures of reliability
Reliability always expresses the credibility, effort, and ability of a researcher. In this section of the construction assignmentresearch process, the researcher chooses qualitative data and responds with it including questions multiple with coders of data sets (Riemann and Lininger, 2018). The surveying choices enriched the fieldwork description and provided in-depth notes on the topic of green construction applications. The choices, increase the validity of research content and provide a significant justification for green construction and its impact on the planet. The researcher of theconstruction assignmentmeasured the research reliability with different participant response versions on the same measurement (de Leeuw et al. 2019). With the help of the Theory of Value Belief Norm (VBN) explanations, the researcher measures and estimates the reliability and validity of the research content. With thematic analysis, mode of choices, and mean description, it makes the measurement more fluent and contentful.

Results and discussion

The included survey questions for theconstruction assignmentwere collected through secondary sources by some authentic journals and reports. The first 4 questions were collected from a report, which describes building managers' responses to their green technology marketing process. In the initial stage of the construction assignment, the surveying is conducted on 6 members of the construction company “ Grantham Watford", where building construction managers participate in the surveying process and access their responses over their thoughts (Martiskainen and Kivimaa, 2018). According to their responses, 78% of managers agreed to the new technology application in their construction business, as they believe green technology application perceives a great future in the industry and helps the planet to reduce the diseases of the environment (Awaiset al. 2022). The next three questions for the construction assignmentwere collected from another article of "Simplex Project Limited", in which 45 construction workers submitted the survey questions and presented their reactions (Pham et al. 2020). There were 30 questions, on which three researchers chose the three most important questions to justify the construction application description. The next 2 questions focused on green technology application programs and attended participant responses over their views. These questions were collected by the researcher on the data of “DPR Construction”, an article focusing on the green technology application process and its usefulness for the future (Mehrabiet al. 2022). Above those questions, the researcher collected a positive response on the technology and they enriched it with an assertive justification of the project in the present and future. It is seen from the participant response in the construction assignmentthat here above more than 70% of participants agreed with the technology and application in the construction department and also responded with good software services with the processes within their organisational business skills.

Explanation of themes
According to the first article's response of 6 managers of the construction company “ Grantham Watford”, their response to Green technology is more beneficial to their organization, as the company faced several challenges in constructing traditional processes (Nascimento et al. 2018). In recent few years, it is analysed from the construction assignmentthat the company trying to choose green technology applications for their building construction project, where the company faced several challenges within it, including a Lack of familiarity with green technology, a lack of understanding of the potential benefits of green applications, insufficient cooperation among practitioners, lack of system and proper knowledge of its usefulness, and many more. According to Grantham Watford's managers, construction workers are facing training problems that affect their adaptation process too. It is found in the construction assignmentthat the managers suggested the green technology application can enlist their business position and increase their reliability within construction projects. The managers also explained that green applications help the industry to reduce environmental effectiveness through construction and reduce the emission of natural sources as well. According to their response, green application technologies promote the sustainability context of the building with building maintenance, repair, site designs, operations, and demolitions that increase architects' potentiality in the entire construction project (Khan et al. 2018). As per the construction assignmentthe construction method is more cost-effective and reduces the overall effects on human health and the environment too.

The next articles in the construction assignmentfocus on green technology practices in the construction industry rather than the traditional process of building development. The survey questions were collected from the report of “Simplex Project Limited", where 45 construction workers responded with some justified questions overview of Green technology applications within the construction department (Sharif and Hammad, 2019). Most of the responses mentioned in the construction assignmentaccepted green applications within the construction department as they thought these processes were environmentally responsible and expanded classical business design construction at a glance (Belussiet al. 2019). According to their response, Green technology has become more economical in the construction department as these technologies provide several beneficial strengths for business organisations. According to their beliefs, Green technology provides social, environmental, and economic properties in many countries. They also respond with various interesting green technologies, such as solar power, biodegradable materials, green insolation, smart green appliances, sustainable resource sourcing, cool roofs, and many more (Zheng et al. 2022). As per the construction assignmentto address another habitable planet, these technologies are needed in the construction industries to decrease traditional effectiveness to human health and the environment too.

The last questions for the construction assignmentwere collected by the researcher through secondary sources on the company of “DPR Construction”, The surveying was conducted on 20 participants of industry workers, where 70% of the candidates put their positive responses with the Green construction project within their company. According to their response, the products regarding Green construction are more beneficial than the traditional process, with green application waste products becoming a resource. As per the construction assignmentthis technology is beneficial for their future as the process helps to reduce waste in production, at the same time it covers raw materials and uses them to create new products. It promotes modern product designs and their usefulness with a smaller carbon footprint effectiveness.

Discussion of findings
The findings from the construction assignmentare very much related to the literature on green technology applications in the construction industry. As the literature focuses on the role of Green technology applications and their positive impact on the industry, the researcher chooses to find questions about the topic. The researcher of the construction assignmentalso has chosen some problems within construction applications within the industry, in the section Theory of Value Belief Norm (VBN) explanations that provide comparative citations to address those construction business challenges in an effective way (Rezaei-Moghaddam et al. 2020). Overall, more participants agreed with the application in the future construction business.

Conclusion
Summary

After analysing the whole construction assignment, it can be concluded that construction businesses should access the opportunity of Green application technology, which encloses a competitive edge to the environment. The materials and contributing methods are less effective to the industry that is introduced by green technology applications in the construction department. It is found from the construction assignmentthat if organisations choose lean construction technology, it will give a greater response for the sector and the environment as well. Traditionally, 10%-20% of construction organisations choose these applications for their business, as the process and technologies reduce the cost of construction, as well as it eliminating estimating with up to 5% waste within the process. With the process of application, it reduces fuel or gas emissions that save natural resources as well. Green construction promotes last-lng features to the industry, such as concrete floors or walls, metal roofs, metal farming, Landscaping, flooring, floor decades, and many more that reduce the carbon footprint of the building and make a sustainable construction as well. In the process, OptimoRoute is a perfect application that accesses easy expert effort to justify construction-related challenges and it's better measurement too. As per the construction assignmentconstruction scheduling software or OptimoRoute multi-stop route planners increase the application quality in the Green construction process. It is the suggested application for the future of the construction industry as the technology promotes clean energy and decreases the negative impacts on the environment too.

Future research implications
In the future, the Green technology application will become a trending topic in the construction industry as the application or practice makes changes in building construction, and also promotes more eco-friendly materials to increase energy efficiency and equipment too. As per the construction assignmentanalysis it is estimated that within 10 years this thought will become enriched by around 60% to 65% of construction companies in the business process to lead the global green building movement.
