The organizational vision helps to create more efficient goals ad targets. Further, a clear vision helps to avoid every kind of wrong decisions and future loopholes. Any organizational culture and its vision are mainly driven by the leaders so an efficient leader must have a vivid vision to run the organization at a positive direction. The leaders need to ensure every vision has a proper future prospect and driving the organizational goals in a positive direction.

Based on the readings of visionary leadership case study, every visionary leader of an organization is capable of implementing innovative ideas in order to flourish the business. It also provides a scope to the business maintain its stable ground in the market. The vision of a leader includes different factors with it such as, various organizational strategies, the organizational need of change, market trends and others. The time when Professor Gordon Edge was a leader of the company, it gains huge revenue from the market. However, later in the year of 2001 to 2011, the Generic Group failed to deliver innovative and new visions to run the organizational activity. In addition to this, back in the year 2007, the company started to face huge loss.

Answer 1
The organizational vision is mainly an aspect of a goal that an organization seeks to achieve. The vision is often termed as a dream if there is no action or plan is associated with it to make the vision into reality. In addition to this, the vision of an organization is very much associated with the factors and targets, which the company wants to gain. As per the readings obtained in the visionary leadership case study, it can be stated that the company needs to invest its heart and soul to turn the vision into a successful reality. The planning and its actions include different strategies and activities, which further help the organization, achieve its goal and target (Cheema, Akram & Javed, 2015).

The visionary leadership and its concept are associated with every step that helps to implement every possible opportunity for the organization to gain profit from those opportunities. In addition to this, the futuristic vision of an organization helps to manage every resource and equipment, which is needed to achieve the target in an effective way. The organisational vision is very much associated with the success of its mission that is connected with company’s regular actions ad practices.

In the case of Professor Gordon, he included employees from engineering and biotechnology department to create an interdisciplinary work premise. This situation motivated the workers and increased the productivity level of the company (Cloutier et al,. 2015).

Answer 2
In order to make the intangible vision into the tangible, the organization needs to include every stakeholder in the vision creation process. This further helps the organization run their working procedure with a team effort. The stakeholders play an equal role in order to achieve every organizational vision and it further creates a sustainable ground for the company and provides it with a competitive edge. In order to work together in an efficient way, the stakeholders need to know about every goals and vision of the organization. Further, using the utmost knowledge and skill of the stakeholder they need to be engaged in every organizational process from start to ends (Conger, 2015).

Creating a common target helps the stakeholders engage in the teamwork and in the vision. The stakeholders need to have an option where they can freely choose to be engaged in the entire procedure and they need to have a right of presenting their views. In the time of presenting the leadership vision, the leader needs to be accurate with their ideas and motivate other workers to achieve the vision to increase the organizational value. Based on the readings obtained in the visionary leadership case study, the organization and its leaders need to take a lesson from previous mistakes and try to resolve the issues with the utmost efficiency (Cote, 2017).

Answer 3
The organizational worker needs to approve every vision set by the organization in order to enhance the entire performances. Proper and effective communication helps every worker to get a clear understanding of the mission and vision of the company. The organisation needs to establish a common working interest to engage more employees together and to do this the organisation implements different regulations and policies (Kollenscher, Popper & Ronen, 2018).

The leader of Generic Group was appreciated and loved by every employee of the company that motivated them to work for the future betterment of the organisation. In order to increase the organisation and employee engagement, the company needs to invest in a solid communication process to let everyone understand about the vision and mission (Kumar & Matheen, 2019). Every time a worker is involved in an organisational process creates a sense of reliability within them. Professor Gordon used to indulge every worker in the organisational vision that motivated them to share their views and ideas which helps the company in a positive light.

Answer 4
The organisational vision needs to be attainable as this helps the organisation to gain its market stability and sustainability. The visionary leadership case study suggests that the leader of Generic Groups named Professor Gordon established a vision for the company where it focused on turning the intangible into tangible ones. In addition to this, this vision further helped the company to gain huge market revenue and provided it with a stable market condition. A positive and effective vision motivates and encourages every worker to give his or her 100 percent. With time the vision’s requirements also change, the organisation needs to cope up with these fast changes and motivate every employee to maintain their efficiency of achieving the goal (Murphy & Torre, 2015).

In addition to this, an unstable target creates a negative impact on the employees, which further destroys their self-confidence. As stated in the Proverbs 29:4 in the holy book of bible “By justice a king gives country stability, but those who are greedy for bribes tear it down” states that leader always seeks stability of an organisation.

Answer 5
The visionary leadership case study used to develop this report signifies that Professor Gordon’s vision brought success for the company named Generic groups. Gordon always employed a worker who has the utmost capability and skills to achieve every organisational target and goals. He later introduced interdisciplinary culture in his organisation to improve the engagement of the workers. After his death, the people of his company followed his set visions (Network, 2016). Gordon was more focused on the aspect of engaging everyone in the company together so they can share a common goal and achieve the goal together. The leader of the Generic group believed in the implementation of new ideas and creative factors, which helped the company, increase its productivity level. Later this process created a sense of trust and understanding among the employees and they got more involved with the organisation.

After fourteen years of success, the company faced its downfall, s the leader has no vision to follow mainly after the death of Professor Gordon. This suggests that the vision can never be constant and the vision demands a continuous change to maintain its stability. With changing technology and society the vision also, demands change to maintain its market sustainability (Ndalamba, Caldwell & Anderson, 2018).

Conclusion
The concluding statement obtained from the critical analysis of the visionary leadership case study states that every leader needs to have their vision in order to gain organizational success. In the case of Generic Groups, a failed and poor leadership quality created a negative impact on the market value of the company. Moreover, the present visionary leadership case study also mentions that the company gained its success in the time of Professor Gordon’s leadership. The paper helps to know more about the facts that went wrong for the organization and provided in detailed information.
