The phenomena of organizational behavior discussed in the leadership styles assignment refers to the systematic study and application of knowledge regarding the individuals and groups and their manner of acting within the organizations where they work. It draws from the behavioral science disciplines of psychology, cultural anthropology, and social psychology. The major area that the organizational focuses is persons who will be working in the group within the organization. The major focus of the leadership styles assignment will be to present details regarding the leadership styles importance in effective management of organizations. It can be recommended herein leadership styles assignment that the approach of effective leadership is highly essential to be implemented within the premises of the Emirates Airlines organisation in a further and better approach. They also need to make implementation of better monitoring and supervision practices for generating even better outcomes corresponding to their ventures. They should focus on making more use of contingency style instead of democratic style since it consumes more time.

It can be concluded that effective leadership serves highly beneficial for the growth of employees and organisations in a critical manner. Moreover, it is stated that the integration of several leadership styles brings efficiency and effectiveness in the service distribution factors of UAE and essential for grabbing more customers at a stretch. It has been obtained in this leadership styles assignment that the Emirates Airlines has acquired a fantastic level of success via effective leadership and attained the zenith in the industry of airlines. Lastly, it is due to the integration of the effective leadership styles and theories the leaders and managers of the business organisations remain flexible with the employees for making effective decisions with the potential ideas for improving the efficiency and quality of the services.
