The internal communication involves the employee and helps increating the organizational culture while the communicating externally involved stakeholders and helps customer relationships (Thompson, 2018). Reflection
Group dynamics is referred to as teamwork for completing a designated task. Thus, during the project, we learned to work together by eliminating the personal differences amongst us. Each of us has different perspectives and thoughts about a particular way of working. We had to work together combining all our thoughts and plans. In the initial stages, differences of opinions occurred while preparing the report and ppt but with the flow of work we learned to adjust with each other. According to group dynamics is essential in the personal and professional life we need to work and stay with individuals of different mindset and perception. Our group consisted of 3 members with each group member who was designated responsibility that had to be completed within targeted time. The dedication of each member helped to build teamwork amongst us. One of us was the problem solver and solved all the group issues that arisen while preparing the ppt. In a group, dynamics communication is the most important aspect. Each member tried to be clear with his roles and responsibilities while also communicated the issues that they faced while completing the task. However, this group project has given me insights into team dynamics and work performance. From this organizational communication assignment, I learned that efficient team management improved our performance and we were able to complete our task on time.

Conclusion
The works from different authors helped to analysethe impacts and importance of organizational communications. It was stated that organizational communication is positively and strongly related to work performance and organizational identification. Thus, the employees should be encouraged to voice their opinions for satisfying motivational and other needs of the workforce. One of the authors suggested PDCS use in the organization that can help in translating theories to practical practices. Another author cited the example of Patagonia for examining the impact of online communications on brand image. Thus, communications in any form help in improving the current state while moving towards advancement. At last, the reflection of group dynamics portrayed the importance the teamwork in work performance.

Recommendations
The group is suggested to plan meetings before they start the work. This will help in building rapport that will further reduce conflicts amongst the team members. The team is also suggested to spend more time with each other for innovative ideas about the work. Each individual is recommended to perform their duties on time for improving the group dynamics. Each team member is also suggested to help each other in completing the task for faster completion and better understanding. It can be said that group members should be dedicated to completing their part and finishing the overall assignment as a whole. It should be remembered that mistakes and laziness by one individual can hamper the hard work done by entire teams.
