In the lessons plan of the Professional ePortfolioassignment,I have focused on the different development and growth needs offered child in each group first up 3 provided lesson plans are focused on different age groups children in order to assist them in their cognitive, physical as well as social and emotional growth respective to their age needs. In Professional ePortfolio assignment Plan one I have focused on children belonging to the age of 0 to one year andensured the delivery of nursery rhyme as a major teaching content in order to help them grow cognitively as well as emotional. Nursery rhyme helps in involving infants with the help of music or rhymes as children often show greater interest in songs and music. By using nursery rhymes and children's songs, children are involved in active dancing as well as enjoyment which helps them sustain greater motor skills as well as enhancement of cognitive ability to connect to others along with auditory development. I have further target different age group children where second lesson was provided to children belonging to aged two to three years who were involved in colouring sessions. Children were provided with colour books off different animals where they were asked to draw animals according to their respective characters as well as learn things about these animals such as the noise they make, the food they eat and the place where they live. It helped the children to sustain a greater ability to memorize, and learn new things about the surroundings as well as enhance the motor skills of their limbs and involve group activity. Children at the age of two to three years show greater interest in colouring as they tend to use different colours to show their interest as well as their creativity in blank papers. Thus using colouring sessions serves as a major strategy for enhancing cognitive, social as well as physical development in children. The third Professional ePortfolio assignment Lesson plan was provided to children belonging to aged four to five years who are at a stage where they can communicate effectively and memorize things due to the development of their cognitive abilities. The third Lesson plan was provided to the children where I observed the need of effective learning environment as they will get involved in dramatic play to enhance their growth and development skills at an early age. They were involved in the representation of a story using dramatic acts where they learned the dialogues or sentences, delivered it with affective language and speech and learn to work in a group activity (Goldstei & Lerner, 2018).

Creative lesson plans have been developed with an aim to ensure that the full interest of the child is sustained in the session and an environment with enjoyment and learning at the same time is delivered to the child. I have found that a learning environment which focuses on promoting creativity and effective learning opens a surrounding for the children where they can communicate and learn through effective strategies. It helps the child to better communicate, and stimulates their ability to creative thinking as well as learn with different and exciting measures. It also helps children to enhance their ability to solve problems as well as learn through sharing and collaboration. Thus, creative learning sessions help children not only sustained cognitive development but at the same time ensure social and emotional well-being which is a necessary aspect for future growth and development (Rubenstein et al., 2018). Thus, focusing on this particular evidence the different creative and diverse learning experience was provided to children belonging to three different age groups.

Journey to participate in these learning activities as it helps and encourages children to learn new things and develop their ability to grow intellectually, emotionally as well as physically. It has been found on this Professional ePortfolioassignment that the experience and activities that children witnesses help them influence their future growth and wellbeing. I have analysed that art and craft activities provided to children help them encourage their movement as well as motor skills and initiate better control and coordination of their limbs and muscles. While involved in art and craft as well as other creative activities children tend to develop their senses, connect to their surroundings as well as sustain the ability to innovation and creativity. Involving in the provided activities the children will learn the ability to work in a group within the class and thus will help them sustain a greater development of their social and emotional involvement in society which is a necessary factor for further growth and development. In order to sustain better Academic and social growth children need to be creative, better communicators, as well as problem solvers thus creative activities, help enhance their cognitive wellbeing (Lian, 2020). Also working in a group helped them learn to respect others, show sympathy and communicate through sharing and interacting with one another customers.

Thus it has the main aim to develop the earlier understanding and learning of the student and further work on the development of attitudes and skills. Teaching children using creative measures serve as a significant intervention in terms of pedagogy for early-stage development and growth faster creative teaching using activities is known to help educators in assisting children to learn better about their feelings as well as their ability to think (Richardson& Mishra, 2018). Creativity serves as a measure to enhance mental growth within the children as it provides them with a teaching environment where children sustain the ability to create new ideas, think in a different way as well as solve complex problems and situations. Creative activities are known to provide children with an opportunity to enhance their intellectual abilities as well as sustained cognitive growth. It assisted the child in ensuring significant imagination in order to display their own self as well as their feelings, ensures concentration as well as thinking in a critical manner. In preschools, it has been found that drama, music, craft, as well as dance, are majorly used as creative activities in order to assist them in effective learning and development. Children tend to show greater interest and involvement in creative activities as it helps them learn new things in a different and practical manner which is much preferable in terms of theoretical teaching. Creative activity suggests drama, as well as group acts, help children sustain social responsibility as they tend to respect the diversity of each individual in the group and show empathy towards each other. It has been found that creative activities working in a group with others help children sustain an increase in their self-esteem as well as confidence which is equally accounted for by the learning outcomes of the early years learning framework for Australia which highlights that children are confident and has a tendency to become an involved learner. The high point and low point:
The high point of the learning experience and outcome was that it focused on significant learning outcomes provided by the early years learning framework for Australia which aimed at the development of cognitive, physical, social as well as emotional well being of the children. I focused on using different creative activities according to the age group to meet the desired development need of the children. The low point of theProfessional ePortfolioassignment learning experience was that I used single interventions for the children which might be ineffective at a certain level due to having diversity in choices and preferences of the children in terms of creative activities.

In order to enhance better improvement, there are certain future suggestions that need to be implemented by me within the learning sessions to seek better outcomes. The necessary improvement that needs to be initiated is using a diverse range of creative activities for children in order to seek better growth and development. As the single intervention was used as a measure to initiate growth and development, it will be necessary for me to further evaluate the liking as well as preferences of children and thus develop a creative Professional ePortfolioassignment session which will meet the needs of every child within the session.
