Q28. Explain the benefits of analysing, documenting and reporting on advocacy and representation outcomes against agreed objectives and priorities?
A. When a lawyer knows how to represent the client, the only goal of that lawyer is to save his client. The lawyer has to find out all the faults of the client on his other side. For this reason, one-on-one evidence is crucial to win one-on-one cases. One of the words of the lawyer will be proved through the documents. If the lawyer can speak in the appropriate way with the appropriate documents, then no one will be able to lose that lawyer in the case. Every data is important, what the advocate is presenting to court or to the community must be authentic, and every documentation and reports reflects that authenticity and are the only proves what the advocate has presented. This helps to progress the case and to use the documents in future (McBride, 2010).
