Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify one’s own thoughts and feelings alongside others’ and use them for taking actions.
In the workshop, the vitality of Goleman’s EQ Model will be illustrated with respect to emotional intelligence. For proper functioning, the workshop will be segregated into 4 modules.
