Timeline Evaluation Of The Project Feasibility Study Assignment

Question

Task: You are required to read the following case study and prepare a Project Feasibility Study and Timeline based on the information contained in the case study.

Assessment Description
This assessment is a case study regarding a Residential Duplex Development Project. In this case study you own a real estate development business with cash reserves for funding development projects of $800,000. Your current business project is to successfully complete, within a nine-month timeframe, a small residential development in a regional centre (a place that is not a suburb in a capital city) in the state in which you reside.

This will require you to locate:

  1. A regional centre in your state with a growing population that currently has more than 10,000 residents;
  2. A block of land for sale that is large enough to construct a duplex (two attached residences) based on the minimum land allotment size prescribed by the local council and that is selling for a price you can afford;
  3. A builder that will construct a duplex on your chosen block of land for a price you can afford.

Your primary objective is to create as much equity as possible (value of your constructed duplex less all project costs) and as much income as possible (rent collected from tenanted duplex less all holding costs).

Your assessment task is to prepare and submit a Project Feasibility Study and Project Timeline. Templates for both of these will be made available to you but you are welcome to modify them or use your own templates if you wish. You are expected to source real statistics and information rather than providing estimates. This can be achieved by conducting internet research of relevant websites and emailing or telephoning relevant people and organisations.

You will also be required to prepare an explanation supported by evidence of where you sourced each item of information in your assessment submission from. How you do this is entirely up to you.You may prepare a separate report based on each of the headings in the project feasibility study or You may include the information in your project feasibility study and project timeline as an appendix. Your explanation report cannot exceed 2,000 words and it must also include:

  • Constraints and goals
  • Macro-environment business drivers (such as economic, competitive, resourcing and
  • demographic factors taken into account when determining feasibility)
  • Micro-environment business drivers (such as technical /internal expertise, time pressures, and other people-related considerations)

The integration would also enable the composition of the works to be used for the easing of the projects. The enabling of the facilities would ensure the risk evaluation based on the numbers and numeric value analysis. The development can also make sure that the factors managing the completion of the works can ease the easing of the factors. The identification of the risk analysis would ensure the usage of the factors aligning the development of the final outcomes.

The qualitative risk analysis is done dependent on the factors adjusting the administration of the works for the development of the Residential Duplex Development Project. The risk analysis would be founded on the utilization of the works characterizing the finish of the works. The combination would likewise empower the piece of the attempts to be utilized for the facilitating of the projects (Recalde, Aguilarand Galarza, 2016). The empowering of the offices would guarantee the risk assessment dependent on the non-numeric information worth analysis. The development can likewise ensure that the factors dealing with the finish of the works can facilitate the facilitating of the factors. The recognizable proof of the risk analysis would guarantee the use of the factors adjusting the development of the ultimate results.

Macro and Micro Environment (Pestle) Analysis The macro and micro environment analysis within this feasibility study assignment of the project of Residential Duplex Development Project would be done for the identification of the factors affecting the project. The customers (residents), quality analyst, and other stakeholder would act as the factors for micro environment. The demographic forces, political factors, technological factors, and economic forces would act as the macro factors (Natan and Sumirat, 2019). The involvement of each of the factors would be marked with the usage of the facilities and enduring the specific management of the works. The PESTLE analysis of the Residential Duplex Development Project is given below,

Political: The political components are the principle contemplations and expected a critical occupation and raise the standard of the concerned association business. The political factors will be highlighted by the pestle assessment. The political system is incredibly suitable for economic troubles and political course. The force of adaptability is as extraordinary to go up against a wide scope of goofs and recover all of the errors all around adequately (Dennis, Wixom and Roth, 2018). The condition of the political system is relentless so the aftereffect of the referenced association is invaluable for the country and the concerned association keeping up their business incredibly tranquil and productive. The workplace for the market which is refined and right condition limit (Aithal, 2017) .

Economic: The economic factor similarly huge and it is imperative to be highlighted. Because of the past factor, these couple of significant centers have been immediately depicted and something fundamentally the same as would happen in the economic factor (Luque,Ikromov and Noseworthy, 2019). The economic factor also fused a not many which are portrayed to understand the referenced assessment. Residential Project explored in this feasibility study assignment has couple of unprecedented contemplations and open entryways for capital improvement. A part of various segments like the cost are low for living and money exchange which is most critical for an enduring economy.

Social Factors: Few things which are joined into the social elements, for instance, advancement paces of the masses, compensation dissemination age, etc. Residential Project is absolutely okay for business purposes and socially particularly unique.

Technological: Technology and headway make everything less complex and trustworthy. The technological factors have some noteworthy point which makes the best business expects the customer. The latest technology and improvement started a discourse with the customer. The customer reliably gets destroyed in to innovative technology and Residential Project uses all the technological segments which are anything but difficult to use for the customer/inhabitants (McCabe et al., 2019).

Environmental: Residential Project's range is high because of a business and a fitting way. It allows each and every way which is possible to take forward in the business in a capable manner. The environmental factor of Residential Project is less difficult and less hard for cooperating.

Legal: Legal factor in like manner expect a critical activity and finished two or three ethics and benchmarks for Residential Project. There are accessible couple of political factors that are also based on some specific law like customer security law, antitrust law, business law, isolation law, and most huge law is prosperity and security law (Lin and Pan, 2016).
