Introduction
The name UNICEF discussed in this UNICEF management information system assignment was given by the United Nations as they are the creator of this fund. The full form of the company UNICEF is "The united nations international children's emergency fund. The purpose of creating this was to provide food, clothing, shelter, and healthcare to the children who got affected by the post-world war 2 in the year 1946. In the year 1960 UNICEF developed some of the activities concerning about right to education for children and their facilities of health care and nutrition. It also understood the struggles women and mothers so they created a better scope for the women to fight with their struggle and successfully lead their lives. In the year 1989 UNICEF focused its full concentration on the health programs developed for the children. Those health programs included monitoring of growth, therapy of oral rehydration, advocating of breastfeeding and immunization. In the same year 1989, the general assembly of UNITED NATIONS adopted the convention on the rights of the children that UNICEF took as guidance needed for developing their various kinds of programs. Based on the information that is found from the primary research of the company, a SWOT analysis will be done under this UNICEF management information system assignment.

Objectives through the naturally occurring data
Through the use of naturally occurring data conversations and emails, the UNICEF has improved the legal access to AID, COUNSELLING and basic services that a child needs (UNICEF, 2018). They also raised the rate of birth registration in Brazil by making the hospitals and other NGOs as their partner. They also empowered teenagers and adults through discussion groups regarding the combating of sexual violence. UNICEF also helped in reducing the punishments in the school and encouraged the teachers to apply the methods of discipline that includes non-violence (Coll-Seck et al., 2019). UNICEF has also supported the collaboration of the community. The UNICEF also offers prevention and protection services for those children who are at serious risk and suffering from violence.

Nature of naturally occurring data
They are giving surety to the families and kids about their satisfaction of needs and human rights. It is illustrated in UNICEF management information system assignment that they have given their full focus on the matters of poverty, unemployment, and malnutrition and women empowerment (Sprunt, Hog, Sharma & Marella, 2019). These kinds of organizations are known as a nonprofitable organization because these organizations earn zero profit by providing services to the people. These organizations even support these people financially. The role of the transparent hands is that they provide facilities of free surgeries to those people who are unable to pay the cost of surgeries.

Characteristics of the UNICEF
As discrimination has increased, standards of life have started to decrease so the transparent hands are providing service to those families who belong from the lower class background (Unicef, 2019). These families struggle so much to satisfy their basic needs in life. These people starve for days and suffer from the pain of hunger. Their children even get drooped out from the school and get engaged in child labor. These organizations are providing shelters for homeless children and families to live in a shelter full of security and comfort. Organizations are working to develop the population living in misery and poverty.

Decision-making strategies Of UNICEF in UNICEF management information system assignment
A decision-making process can only become successful when the key points are followed thoroughly that are engaged in the process (De Hoop et al., 2019). The managers in the organization should be capable enough to take care of the issues that are causing a threat to the environment of the organization. A better decision can only be formed when new and innovative methods are introduced in the organization. An innovative method can arrange and fix all the issues that have previously occurred in the organization to minimize the negative impacts that the employees are suffering from (Michaud?Létourneau, Gayard & Pelletier, 2019). Development can be a better decision that a manager will ever take regarding the growth of the organization.

Range of stakeholders by UNICEF
The type of management that is being used by the company UNICEF can play a vital role in helping the mangers of the organization to gain efficiency. That efficiency can even be achieved through the influences of a high level as well (Parkinson et al., 2018). The stakeholders in the company always remain ready to bear the risk that can occur on the company anytime. This is necessary for the stakeholders to know about the weakness and strengths that are already present in the organization, this is the way the stakeholders in the company UNICEF takes care of the major issues occurring in the company. There are these strategies that are mentioned above in the context of UNICEF management information system assignment that can help the manager of the organization or the company UNICEF to perform better decision making programs. This can also help in reducing the poor communications between the various sectors of a company (Josephs-Afoko, Godfrey & Campos, 2018). When all the employees and managers share the same and relevant information, better communication takes place between which is a benefit of identifying a problem and discuss its solutions. It can help in proving the productivity of an employee Employees becomes more productive as they don't have waste their time in gathering information and their time gets saved. The management information system helps in revealing information of the customers, with more data the needs and preferences of a customer can be known easily. By knowing this information an organization modifies its products and gives better customer service. It is important for all companies to have a system that provides an intelligent decision.

Specific strategies used by the UNICEF
The marketing mix is very much important for a business firm because it helps all the elements of marketing to work with each other (UNICEF, 2018). It is used to make a plan regarding business efficiently to gain success in the market. If a wrong decision is taken or a plan is made regarding the business then it might take years to get recovered. The marketing might take support from the market by researching and understanding the demands and needs of the customers. The objectives of the organization's transparent hands discussed in this UNICEF management information system assignment help in growing into the leading market. These organizations work for charity as they provide comfort and safety to the citizens of Australia.

Strengths
UNICEF has embraced the diversity and this is one of the core values of the organization that is being inclusive where diversity is being valued and celebrated. They have created an emergency fund for the children and have become a nonprofit organization. The marketing strategies of business include four p among which the first p is pricing (Zakarija-Grkovi? et al., 2018). Pricing in the business means the value of the product. The value of the product depends upon the cost needed in the production process. It also depends upon the. Strategies of pricing can be of many types and each is implemented according to the business plan of different organizations. The next p stands for a product that is referred to as the item that will be sold in the market. The product which will be introduced in the market should be beneficial for the customer with the best results otherwise it can get substituted by other products of a different company. The third p in the business marketing mix is about the place which explains the point where the product should be sold. The main objective of an organization is to attract the customer towards their products for which the organization chooses a perfect or an appropriate location where the products will come into the range of vision of the customers. The last prefers to promotion in the process of the marketing mix. Promotion is considered as the activities which are performed to make the services and the products know to the customers and other organizations.

Weakness
More than half of the population is living below the poverty line for which they suffering from health issues (Sambala et al., 2019). Their unfortunate luck is not allowing them to have proper treatment or treat those health problems. The major problem is that there are insufficient insurances related to health but due to their poverty or limited resources, they are not able to undergo a treatment of surgery. Any procedure of surgery needs expenditure before and after the surgery including medication costs, hospital cost that becomes impossible for them to pay. The medical facilities are not advanced and professionals are not capable enough to treat them properly. There is a lack of medical facilities in the areas of slums for which children, as well as the adults, are losing their lives.

Misplaced with the chosen organization
The main objective of an organization explored in this UNICEF management information system assignment is to attract the customer towards their products for which the organization chooses a perfect or an appropriate location where the products will come into the range of vision of the customers. It could be seen that over the last few years the procedures including the startup plans to grow in the market so I chose this company over any other company in the market. As it is being directed by the united nation they get their equal funding and resources for helping the children and the adults (Aryeetey & Dykes, 2018). Through the constant support of the united nation and the employees working in the company can carry out their programs successfully. Whereas from the SWOT analysis it can be concluded that UNICEF, though it is a nonprofitable organization it has been dealing with the issues of poverty since the time of World War 2 has occurred.

A discussion of self-improvement
From the above analysis within this UNICEF management information system assignment, I can understand the various methods of improving knowledge. These methods can help me in my improvement process. Those processes are as followed in the next line (WHO, 2018). It can be seen that the techniques applied by UNICEF even after becoming the nonprofitable organization can be effective as well for the organization who wants to grow in the competitive market of the economy (Peterson, 2018). Manager in the organization is dealing with issues to ensure that their each and every member engaged with UNICEF is getting the things that they need deliberately. Managers are working in the gatherings to solve out different issues or weaknesses of the organization so as to deal with the upcoming circumstances of the organization. When all the employees and managers share the same and relevant information, better communication takes place between which is a benefit of identifying a problem and discuss its solutions (Allen, 2019).

Conclusion
As per the study of UNICEF management information system assignment it can be stated that every organization is playing its role according to its objectives. Even if it is the role of the government to provide similar rights to the members of every sector including employment, health, housing. While the government is lacking in their responsibility, these organizations for charity are offering them the service they need. They are filling the gaps by making decisions for implementing the project of welfare for the people. These welfare projects are being made to meet the interest of the public. These organizations give value to the lives of people living below the poverty line and struggling each day to fulfill their needs. These organizations are creating facilities related to health care. This is necessary for the stakeholders to know about the weakness and strengths that are already present in the organization, this is the way the stakeholders in the company UNICEF takes care of the major issues occurring in the company. They are creating schools or institutes which will serve education to the children. These organizations are creating employment opportunities for the men as well as women so that they can earn their own cost of living. They search for the people, children and the families who need help regarding financial issues. They even offer the job to them in their organization itself. Every citizen of the country must live a better life.
