2 INTRODUCTION
The chosen country for this business report on business ethics assignment is Australia. This report is explicitly based on the practices of business culture and ethics of Australia. Australia is a wide country with several financial and economic hubs in and around the country. The capital city of Australia, Sydney, is regarded to be one of the country's largest economic and financial segments. Apart from that, Wollongong, Townsville, Launceston, Ipswich, and many others are regarded as the country's major financial and economic centers. These cities act as one of the backbones of the entire country's economy and help the country increase its GDP. Large sectors comprise huge economic potentials that help the country grow in its sphere. Such strong financial and economic hubsrequire strict business culture and ethical practices that require specific business and ethical rules. The main necessity for the cultural and ethical practices in the business is that it helps establish a more equalized atmosphere at the workplace that helps motivate the employees, which helps increase the business.

3 ANALYSIS
Regarding the cultural and ethical practices of Australia, several issues require attention. This report enunciates a few problems that can be commonly dealt with, which can be difficult. However, such issues have to be dealt with due care. One of the major issues evident in business organizations' cultural and ethical practices in Australia is harassment (Arli & Pekerti, 2017). This kind of harassment issue may be of two types therefore based on sexism or racial grounds. Most of the business organizations in the country face the problem of abuse or teasing based on the ground of sexism or racism that reflects differentiation among thepeople working, particularly at the business organization. The major racism slur or bullying of the workers working at the business organization restricts the customers or the business organization that reflects the overall growth of the business organization (Klettner et al., 2016). It affects the motivational spirit of the workers working at the business organization. Moreover, the difficulty that the workers face at the business organization because of its racial abuse or sexual abuse reflects on the all-over performance of the organization.

Another major issue that comes along with the issue of harassment is discrimination. It is yet another major difficulty that the workers at the business organization usually face.Such discrimination faced by the workers has to be minutely dealt with so that it helps in understanding the magnitude of difficulties that are faced by the workers in general and are mainly affected by the unequal treatment of the co-workers or the people at the organization.

Moreover, another difficulty that is often faced at business organizations is that of unethical accounting, which helps them project a more successful pictorial depiction of their accounting systems (Liu, 2016). It reflects in the actions that are faced by the changes in the accounting system of the business organization. It is important to recognize such changes and refrain from any such indulgences. Among all the above-stated difficulties, one of the most difficult issues will be handling the issue of harassment. At times, the reporting cell at the HR of the business organization also fails in tackling such issues and thus creates even more chaos (Ren &Chadee,2017). It reflects the psychological and in-depth rooting of their thi8nking pattern based on one's racism or gender identity (Stubbs, 2017). It is why business organizations fail to take proper steps to tackle such issues. However, what might cat as a deal-breaker is the difficulty of discrimination. However, this can be adjusted and tackled with utmost confidence, which will help initiate several processes.

4 CONCLUSION
Underpinning the issues mentionedabove that are faced in general by the business organizations with regards to the practice of cultural and ethical practices, it is evident that the business culture and ethical values are highly important and may help the business organization to grow even more by motivating the workers that are working there. Moreover, the motivation of the workers is the most important element in this regard and therefore has to be considered for the maximum growth of the business organization.
